Tubber provides the option to cancel your booking without any cost within seven days of making your reservation, except for bookings made less than 6 weeks before the start date. This policy offers you the flexibility to adjust your plans if necessary. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date and time, 50% of the booking amount will be refunded, excluding fees. Cleaning fees are always refunded if you did not check in. The Tubber service fee is non-refundable. If there is any complaint, Tubber has to be noticed within 24 hours after check-in, follow instructions according to Renter Refund Policy. Tubber will mediate when necessary, and has the final say in all disputes. To officially cancel a reservation, please email support@tubber.com, including the reason for cancellation. We aim to respond within a maximum of 2 working days. For urgent matters, we advise you to contact us by phone at +44 (0)20 4525 9616, so we can assist you immediately. Applicable taxes will be retained and remitted.

Partially refundable

(Average charter period 3-7 days) 75% refund up until 60 days prior to check-in date and time, except fees. Cleaning fees are always refunded if the guest did not check in. Tubber will mediate when necessary, and has the final say in all disputes. A reservation is officially canceled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the Tubber website. The Tubber service fee is non-refundable.
